We use cocoa and cacao in our products. Cocoa is a powder made from roasted, husked, and dried cacao beans, which are the fermented seeds of the cacao tree. GRANOLA & ACAI SMOOTHIE BOWL

1 banana
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
¾ cup milk or juice of your choice (I used coconut milk)
½ cup plain yoghurt (locally made is best)
½ tsp of Canadian Maple Syrup (if desired)
2 tbsp acai powder

Blitz in a Nutri Bullet. Pour into a bowl and then add 30g of your choice of Sally’s Midlands Mixes Granola – I used the Apricot & Ginger flavour.
Decorate with fresh berries and ENJOY.

¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of your choice (I used coconut milk)
1tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
5ml Canadian Maple Syrup (If you like it a little sweeter)

Stir and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add 30g of your choice of Sally's Midlands Mixes Granola - I used the Apricot & Ginger flavour.
Decorate with fresh berries and ENJOY. 

Oakie's Oats

Oakie's Oats is made with gluten-free rolled oats, mixed with coconut oil and a bit of flavouring and then baked at a low temperature. We then add fruit for added flavour.

Tapioca Flour is a white coloured grain-free flour made from the cassava root. It is a starchy, slightly sweet flour.
